A message from our Executive Director
I first joined the Fishbowl Challenge in 2019, and what began as a short-term project has blossomed into a deeply rewarding journey. Over the past five years, our passionate team of 30+ volunteers has tirelessly worked to build a global ecosystem of changemakers. Even during Covid, we connected thousands of youth globally, united by a passion for positive social impact. Today, the Fishbowl Challenge empowers young innovators worldwide, investing over $200k in their efforts. A Letter From Our Founders
Dear Fishbowl Challenge Community,
Our journey began in Mauritius with an idea to address the mismatch of opportunities and limited access faced by young people worldwide. What started as a pilot program has grown into the Fishbowl Challenge, attracting 600 to 1,000 applicants annually from nearly 100 countries. Our network now spans 90+ countries across six continents.
